 Nachos
2 whole Yellow Onion
2 whole Bell Peppers, Cored And Sliced (can Use Different Colors)
 Olive Oil, For Frying
 Sturdy Tortilla Chips
8 ounces, weight Cheese, Grated (cheddar, Jack, Pepper Jack, Etc)
 Guacamole
 Salsa
 Sour Cream
